Terms and Conditions

You, the user, and Times Travels Ltd T/A Plan Your Umrah (we) have agreed to the terms, Before you make a reservation on the Plan Your Umrah website (Site), please read these terms and conditions of use (Terms and Conditions). When you visit the Site, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you can’t use the Site or book anything. Every agreement that has to do with customer service or your reservation should be sent to Plan Your Umrah or to sales@planyourumrah.co.uk.

Contents of these Terms and Conditions:

  1. Your agreement and contract
  2. Conditions for Delivery of Your Booking
  3. Cancellations or Booking Changes
  4. Terms and Conditions to Flight Booking
  5. Payment Conditions
  6. Passport, Visas and Health Requirements
  7. Other Generally Applicable Terms and Conditions

Your Contract and Agreement:

When you buy goods or services on our website, we receive them and give them to you. This is called a “booking.” When we receive full payment from you and send a confirmation email (from either Plan Your Umrah or the relevant Travel Agent), we will accept it as payment and the contract will be complete. All of the travel goods and services on the Site must be accessible. Plan Your Umrah has a lot of different products, and the specific terms and conditions that apply to your booking depend on whether you book a flight, a package, hotels, vacation cabins, or a mix of products.

Travel Suppliers include flights, hotels, insurance companies, car rental companies, package trip providers, and others. Plan Your Umrah acts as a go-between for these third-party suppliers. The deal is between you and the Travel Supplier when you book your trip through the Site and can get the service or product you want. Plan Your Umrah is not a part of the contract; (c) “Other Products” are those separate items, like flights and hotels that were bought and paid for at different times, or vacations that were put together by a different company. The Travel Supplier and you will have a contract when you book your trip through the Site and your chosen travel product or service is available. It is not true that Plan Your Umrah is legally bound by the agreement.

If you’re going on an Umrah or Hajj trip with Plan Your Umrah, you should definitely get insurance. This is especially important because there are times when neither Plan Your Umrah nor the travel company can be responsible (for example, when there are delays or cancellations that are out of our control).

Travel Suppliers:

Plan Your Umrah is a disclosure agent for third-party suppliers. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a “Travel Supplier” includes all airlines, tour companies, hotels, hotel groups, and hotel aggregators. In this case, the Travel Supplier is the one who signed the contract, so you should talk to them about any questions or concerns you have about the product. You can see the name, address, and contact information for most suppliers at the bottom of the “More Info” section for each product. You can also see this information for all suppliers in any confirmation email we or the Travel Supplier send you.

Plan Your Umrah is not responsible for the travel products and services offered by the Travel Supplier. The Company also doesn’t make any claims or promises (express or implied) about how useful or good the travel products and services are that are listed on the Site.

Travel Supplier Conditions:

All goods or services bought through our site are subject to the following: On top of these terms and conditions, the Travel Supplier’s terms and conditions, which may include the terms and conditions of transport of flights, will apply. The Travel Supplier’s terms and conditions may include rules about how to pay, what happens if you don’t pay, who is responsible, cancellations, changes to bookings, returns (if they’re available), and any other limits. So, as you browse the Site, you will see links to terms that apply to different Travel Supplier goods. Please read those terms carefully. For full information on the terms and conditions that apply to your individual Travel Supplier, please contact them directly. You must follow the rules set by the airline or other Travel Supplier when it comes to check-in times, confirming trips again, or other things.

Flights Booking Terms & Conditions:

It is especially important to keep in mind that there are additional terms that are specific to each ticket. For instance, “economy restricted” passes usually can’t be changed or refunded. Your schedule tells you which flights to take and when. If you don’t take the outgoing flight or the first part of your trip, the rest of your ticket might not work. When it comes to plane tickets, please keep in mind that the minimum check-in time for foreign flights is 120 minutes and for local flights it is 90 minutes. Some companies make you confirm your return flight reservation at least 72 hours before you leave. If you don’t confirm your flight reservation directly with the company, it could be canceled.

Most airlines also say they can change their schedules and cancel approved reservations at any time. As an agent, Plan Your Umrah is not responsible for these changes or cancellations of plans. However, our customer service team will do everything they can to help you. We strongly advise that you check in early if you have specific seat requests. This is especially important if you are going economy class.

Even if you book your flight ahead of time with Plan Your Umrah, they don’t have any say over how the seats are assigned, and they can’t promise that certain places will be available when the flight leaves. Plan Your Umrah is not liable for any fees you may have to pay to get from one airport or station to another. Sometimes, flights with “special fares” or “best prices” don’t go the quickest way. On some routes, you have to switch planes en route.

If you don’t have to change planes during your trip, the flight is said to be straight. But stops may be made along the way to refuel or let people on and off. The times given are based on planes leaving, are estimated, and are based on the 24-hour clock system.

Direct (Flight):

Flights must always have the same flight number, even if they have to stop to change aircraft. They are also not the same as nonstop flights, which go straight from the airport where the flight leaves to the airport where the flight arrives, without stopping for links or layovers.

Nonstop (Flight):

These are flights that go straight from the airport where they leave to where they land, without waiting for connections or layovers. Also, they are not the same as direct trips, which only need to have the same flight number the whole time, even if they stop to change planes.

General

Taxes are added to the price of plane tickets and hotel stays. You can add the information of any appropriate frequent flyer or hotel loyalty program that you are a part of. Thanks for your attention. Any frequent flyer or hotel reward program is subject to the rules set by the airline or hotel that offers it.

These rules might not give awards for all types of fares and service classes. Please ask the airline or hotel that runs your frequent flyer or hotel reward program to explain its rules if you don’t understand them. Please keep in mind that each of our travel suppliers has their own rules about reward cards.

Please get in touch with them directly if you have any questions. When you choose “special requests” for any product, like meals, disabled facilities, kid seats, etc., Plan Your Umrah does not promise that your requests will be met. Instead, they will be sent to the Travel Supplier or hotel. It is up to you to check with the Travel Supplier or hotel to see if these unique wishes can be met.

Delivery of Your Booking

The following applies to all products or services booked via our Site:

E-tickets

During the booking process, you will be able to choose between an e-ticket and a paper ticket. When it comes to e-tickets, please keep in mind that each flight has its own rules. People who don’t follow these rules can’t be held responsible by Plan Your Umrah. They strongly advise that you check these details with your flight before your trip.

Ticket Delivery

Because you give them correct information, Plan Your Umrah can’t be held responsible if you lose your paper tickets because you gave them the wrong address or if your e-ticket doesn’t come because you gave the wrong email address or set your email to be sent to junk mail. As soon as you change your email address or phone number, you need to let us know right away. As well, please make sure that the name on your ID matches the name on your ticket and/or proof of booking.

Please keep in mind that Plan Your Umrah does not send paper tickets outside of the UK. Also, please let us know right away after booking if you have any specific delivery needs, like if you live in an apartment with protection gates. If you have not gotten your tickets, it is your job to let us know. You need to let us know that you need tickets from us by a certain time if you have another reservation, whether it’s with Plan Your Umrah or another agent. This is something that Plan Your Umrah suggests you do before you finish the booking. This will help us figure out if we need to send it faster.

Please keep in mind that some flights may charge a fee and have a long process for replacing tickets that have been lost or sent late. The fee and steps you need to take will depend on the company you are flying with.

Tickets are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Please let us know if you don’t get your tickets within 7 business days of receiving the email confirming your reservation. – But not before, unless you’re leaving before this time. After 7 business days, please get in touch with us within 48 hours.

You can get a new ticket for free if you call Plan Your Umrah within 48 hours. You will have to pay for anything if you call us after 48 hours as well. Express Next Day Delivery: Since City Link guarantees delivery by 18:00 the next day, please call our call center within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email if you have not yet gotten your tickets. Do not call before that time. If you do not call them within 48 hours, the company may charge you, and you will have to pay those costs. Please remember that you can use the reference given to track the progress of your arrival on the courier company’s website. This number can be found in an email that will be sent to you indicating that your tickets have been sent.

Cancellations or Modifications Terms

All goods or services bought through our site are subject to the following: The terms and conditions of the specific travel supplier or hotel will tell you if you can cancel or change a booked travel product or service and how to do so. So, you might not be able to stop or change some goods or services, or you might have to meet certain requirements. You can change or cancel your flight reservation by calling the Plan Your Umrah Call Center or sending an email to sales@planyourumrah.co.uk.

When you rent a car, the following changes and cancelation rules will apply: If you cancel or change your appointment less than seven days from the booking date (the date you make the reservation), Plan Your Umrah will charge you fifteen dollars per hire. Plan Your Umrah will charge 40 per hire if the ticket is changed or canceled more than seven days after it was made. Sometimes, Plan Your Umrah or the Travel Supplier might not be able to stop or change a travel product or service until we get a written request and the full amount of any fees and charges that go with it.

It’s important to know that if you don’t show up for a trip, the company may cancel your ticket and not give you your money back. So, if you want to change your flight reservation close to the time it leaves, we strongly advise that you call Plan Your Umrah and get written confirmation of the change via email before deciding not to travel on the original flight.

If you rent a car and don’t cancel your reservation before the pick-up time or don’t pick up the car on the date and time agreed upon, or if you don’t follow the pick-up rules (see car supplier terms and conditions), Plan Your Umrah can charge you the full amount of the rental car.

Note:

  1. Please keep in mind that the fees you made for your trip tickets will not be refunded in any way. If you change your mind about your trip, we won’t be responsible for giving you a return. +Please keep in mind that once you buy a ticket, you can’t get your money back if you change your mind. If you change your mind about your plan after booking it, Al-Haram will not have to pay you back this amount in full.
  2. Before you apply for Umrah, please make sure that your passport is still good for at least six months.
  3. Your papers will be sent to the Saudi Embassy to get a visa. However, Plan Your Umrah is not responsible if you don’t get your visa. The Visa is given by the Saudi Embassy, not Plan Your Umrah.
  4. The cost of a visa may be different when you book your trip and may go up or down by the time you apply for or receive your visa. Please be aware that you will need to pay any difference.
  5. Please be aware that if your visa is denied, we can only ask for your hotel and flight to be canceled. If this happens, Al-haram will only repay you the amount we get back from the suppliers, and Plan Your Umrah is not responsible for giving you a full refund under any circumstances.
  6. The hotels you were told will be available based on availability. Please keep this in mind: you will be given the same hotels or hotels that are similar to the ones you were quoted. If we give you a similar hotel, you might need to add something extra for the new hotel we mentioned. We can’t give you back your reserves under any circumstances, but we might if we have something from the Vendor in Saudi Arabia. Please make sure that you can’t get your money back if you stop your Umrah Package.

Payment Terms:

When you book a flight package, you have to pay for it in full. Please keep in mind that there may be extra fees for renting a car for things like alternative insurance, extra drivers, and miles, which are explained in more detail in the rental car terms and conditions. When and how to pay for flights are covered by separate terms and conditions. Most of the time, you’ll pay in one of three ways: (i) full payment when you book, (ii) a deposit when you book with the rest due at checkout, or (iii) full payment when you check out. To find out which one applies to your reservation, look at the “Payment Summary” that you see when you make your reservation or your confirmation email. The person who takes the money will be either Plan Your Umrah, the Travel Supplier, or someone representing them.

Some companies may charge extra for taxes in your area. It is possible that Didrikson Travel will need to give your card information to the right Travel Supplier so that the ticket can be completed. You can only pay with the means listed on the Site. If you send cash or a check through the mail, you accept no responsibility for it.

Plan Your Umrah or the Travel Supplier does not have to give out any tickets, receipts, coupons, or other travel papers until they are paid in full. You will still have to pay the agreed-upon amounts for the travel goods and services bought, though.

As an IATA Ticketing Agent, Plan Your Umrah will send you your tickets for regular trips as soon as we receive your payment. On the Site, it says that all major debit and credit cards can be used to pay. Please be aware that Plan Your Umrah may charge you extra for any fees that we or the Travel Supplier have to pay to handle credit card bookings. You will be told about the fees when you make the reservation. Any fees that come up because of a card refund will be passed on by Plan Your Umrah.

If your credit card company asks them to, Plan Your Umrah or the Travel Supplier will only send your tickets, receipts, e-vouchers, or other travel papers to the address on file for your credit card. If you do not give the correct credit or debit card payment address information, your reservation may be canceled, your tickets may not be sent out as soon as planned, and the fare(s) may go up.

Please make sure that the billing address you give is the same as the one on your bill. Also, to try to reduce the affects of credit card scams, we reserve the right to do random checks, such as checking your name, address, and other personal information you give us during the order process against the right third-party databases. You agree to these checks being made when you agree to these terms and conditions. For these checks to be done, sensitive information you give may be given to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of it. You can be sure that this is only done to make sure you are who you say you are. There is no credit check, and your score will not be changed.

All the information you give us will be kept safe and will only be used in ways that are allowed by the Data Protection Act 1998. Before we give you any tickets, we may ask that you fax or mail us proof of your address along with a copy of your credit card and most recent bill. The method of payment that was used to make the reservation will be used to handle the refund. This is going to be sent to the person who made the first payment. Taxes change along with the value of the dollar.

Your credit card company may charge you straight for your flights if you pay with a credit card. After you book, we’ll get in touch with you within 48 hours (or 24 hours if you are going within 48 hours) if there are any issues with your payment. If you don’t pay, Plan Your Umrah won’t be responsible for any price increases that happen after the fact. You have to pay any more money for the price before the reservation is approved. Please keep in mind that the payment to the airline and the payment to Plan Your Umrah for any other goods or charges will show up on your credit card account as two different transactions.

Passports, Visas and Health Terms:

This area only has knowledge that is useful for people who are British. Non-British Citizens (people from British Dependent Territories, people whose citizenship comes from a connection to Gibraltar, British subjects with the right to live in the UK, and EC and other nationals) should check with the embassy of the country they want to visit and the Home Office Immigration Department to see if they need any special papers to enter or leave the UK. Some countries in the world require that your visa is good for at least a certain amount of time after you enter the country, usually 6 months.

If your passport is less than a year old, please make sure you have a new one that is good at least for the length of your trip. To be sure, you should call the Passport Agency before you go.

To find out more about your UK passport or to apply to have it renewed, go to the UK Passport page at www.ukpa.gov.uk. If your passport is about to expire, you should check with the destination to make sure you meet their standards before you book your trip. If your child is not already on a legal British passport, they will need to get their own passport in order to travel abroad.

People who added their kids to their passport before October 5, 1998, can still travel with that person until the child turns 16; or Children’s passports age, are replaced, or are amended so that a new passport is issued. The name on the passport must match the name on the ticket; if it doesn’t, you might not be able to travel and your insurance might not cover you. Anybody in your group must let us know right away if their name changes after planning a vacation but before they go, like if they get married. This way, we can try to make the necessary changes to your vacation paperwork.

People who are going to the US: All people who are going to the United States should remember the following:

People who want to enter the United States will need a visa unless they are eligible for the Visa Waiver Scheme. People with a full British Citizens Passport and the right to live in the UK can fill out a Visa Waiver Form and bring it with them when they arrive as part of the Visa Waiver Scheme. You must make sure that you meet all of the standards set out by the US Government in the Visa Waiver Form before you confirm your reservation.

Under the VWP (Visa Waiver Program), everyone with a British passport who wants to visit the USA will need a passport that can be read by a machine. This includes children. This means that anyone who wants to visit the USA but doesn’t have an MRP will need a visa. This includes children who are currently traveling on a parent’s passport. On the back of a British passport, there should be two lines of print on the white strip at the bottom of the personal information page. This makes the passport machine-readable. The passport can’t be read by a machine if there is no white strip or if the white strip is blank.

Check out the US Embassy website at www.usembassy.org.uk or the Foreign & Commonwealth Office website at www.fco.gov.uk for more information on what you need to do to enter the US. For details on the visa requirements of the countries you want to visit if you are not a British citizen, you should call your Embassy. Note: Rules about passports and visas can change, so you should check with the right office a long time before your trip. It is your job to make sure you have a current passport and, if necessary, a visa. You should apply for a visa well ahead of time because the process can take some time.

Customers who don’t have the right paperwork don’t have to worry about us. You are responsible for finding out about and following any health rules. People from Britain should go to www.dh.gov.uk/PolicyAndGuidance and look at the “Health Advice for Travelers” area, or they should talk to their doctor. People who are not British should ask at the Department of Health or similar advice groups in their own countries.
