What personal data do we collect, and why do we collect it?

We will ask for your email to send you details of your acquired package details. Registering through email will update you for other flights and package information, you can opt-out anytime you wish to.

Payments will be made through credit or debit card, which requires a card number and expiration date to get your booking details, hotel, or car rental. All information is protected via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection.

For further contact or urgency, we would need your contact number in case you don’t respond via email.

Your personal information will be stored in our database, only authorized staff can access this information.

How and what purpose do we use that information for?

We store the information we get and send it to our providers so they can make plans. You agree to let us send this information when you agree to our terms and rules. We don’t give or sell information about our customers to other companies. So, Plan Your Umrah will not share your name or any other private information with anyone else.
